This medium acidity, syrupy-bodied brew is packed with dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earthy notes that linger long enough to make you wonder if you’ve accidentally fallen into a coffee-inspired philosophical discussion. Sourced from the Aceh region and the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) co-op, this Sumatra is grown at altitudes ranging from 1100 to 1600 meters, which, yes, probably makes it feel a bit superior. Processed using the Giling Basha method (or wet-hulling, for those who don't need to sound like they’re in a coffee documentary), it’s a blend of Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals that work together like a well-rehearsed band—without the egos. Brew it if you want a coffee that says, "I’ve got depth," without actually needing to explain yourself.
